1. Chinese Government Scholarships

As one of the fully funded scholarships for international students to study abroad, it includes tuition, living costs, and airfares support. Partners of students who are qualified for this scholarship are allowed to live and work in New Zealand until the duration of their partner’s study elapses.

4. Chevening Scholarships

Chevening scholarships are known to be one of the most popular scholarships out there, with over 1,500 scholarships offered to international students every year. As a UK-based opportunity, students are offered financial support for a Master’s degree at any of the top universities in the UK.

Students given this opportunity can become part of an influential global network of about 44,00 alumni. However, two years of work experience and sometimes up to four years depending on the country is expected from the student.

5. Fulbright Student Program

The Fulbright Student Program support graduate students, artists, and young professionals from various parts of the world to study and research in the United States. This scholarship is for a Master’s or PhD degree, and the good part is, it can as well be awarded for non-degree postgraduate studies.

Students study and conduct research under this program for a year or even more at universities from the United States or other appropriate and supported institutions. Although no general stats on the number of awards allocated per country, but approximately 4,000 international students receive the Fulbright award yearly.

6. DAAD Scholarships

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers thousands of students and professionals from developing countries different scholarships option ranging from an undergraduate level to post-graduate levels. The scholarships also come with internships in party-related foundations as well as business-affiliated institutions.

In addition, DAAD joins forces with schools and organisations from different local regions, for example, Africa, to offer students scholarships to gain joint degrees in specialized courses both in Germany and the student’s region. 7. Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals

The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) is a scholarship program by the Swedish government that focuses on developing professionals, leaders who will contribute to United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
As one of the fully funded scholarships for international students to study abroad, tuition fees, living expenses, as well as Insurance and Alumni membership fees of up to 300 young professionals are included in the scholarship.
